My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to shops, making it super convenient. The rooms were a letdown, though, since we had initially booked a double but ended up with twin beds. Furthermore, the service could be improved as we weren't given much information upon check-in. Overall, it’s in a great spot, but some aspects need attention.
